How to Use the Japanese Font Style Generator

This guide shows you how to type or auto-translate to Japanese, preview in 100+ fonts, and download crisp PNG images (with or without background).

  1. 1) Open the Tool

Go to the Japanese Font Style Generator. You’ll see one main textarea and a list of font previews (10 per page).

  2. 2) Type Your Text

Enter English or Japanese. If you type in English, keep Auto-translate EN β†’ JA enabled to convert it into Japanese instantly.

Tip: You can edit the result at any time β€” previews update live.
  3. 3) Adjust Style

    • Font Size: Use the slider to scale your text.
    • Text Color: Pick a color that fits your design.
    • Background: Choose white, dark, or any brand color.
Each page shows 10 fonts. Use the page buttons (1–10) to browse all styles.
  4. 4) Preview 100+ Japanese Fonts

Popular fonts appear first (e.g., Noto Sans/Serif JP, M PLUS Rounded 1c), followed by specialty styles (e.g., Dela Gothic One, Yuji Syuku).

  5. 5) Download Your Image

    • PNG: Exports with the selected background color.
    • Transparent: Exports with no background (great for overlays, logos).
Quality: Exports render at 2Γ— scale for crisp results.

Troubleshooting

Auto-translation isn’t working
  • Ensure the checkbox β€œAuto-translate EN β†’ JA” is enabled.
  • Type in English characters (A–Z). Japanese text won’t trigger translation.
  • Network or endpoint hiccups can occur. Try again, or type/edit Japanese manually.
PNG download doesn’t start
  • Allow downloads/pop-ups for this site.
  • Try a different browser (Chrome, Edge, Firefox). Clear cache if needed.
Fonts look different after download
  • Use the built-in PNG/Transparent buttons (they render the preview exactly).
  • Avoid taking screenshots β€” use the export buttons instead.
